A little off track here with a link to a book I'm in the midst of reading. Dead To Deliverance is a memoir of former LA Crip Steve Champion who was sent to the Death Row in 1982 for murders committed duringa botched robbery. The story is bleak and engaging following his early days running with the LA Crips to the day to day horrors of San Quentin's Death Row. This book is real. Nab it here, not sure how long this will stay in print...
