Psychobilly

O' to be a 14yr old youth again - Used to think local lad Paul Fenech was the shit - and aspired to be a member of 'The Crazies' when I was old enough to see them live.

The psychobilly phase was a relatively short lived one, replaced by house and acid, but not before I'd spent my hard earned pocket money on a number of their albums (their 83 live lp was the most cained) together with the likes of the Guana Batz, King Kurt and The Cramps (Poison Ivy - how fit?)

As time passes I often wonder looking back at my musical tastes (Psychobilly, Mod, Soul, Funk, Hip Hop, Reggae, Jungle and Dubstep to name a few) - what the common link is, if any - I guess it comes down to 'Lightning and Thunder' (Rhythm).
