Die Kreuzen

One of the most original bands from the early 80's hardcore was Die Kreuzen from Milwaukee. Ine the age before the internet it seems that bands from far away landlocked places were churning out some pretty fucked up shit (Big Boys from Texas, Corrosion Of Conformity from North Carolina). Die Kreuzen had this weird dischordant element in their sounds similar to later Black Flag, but still keeping plenty of punk. Their debut "Cows And Beer" and self titled LP are untouchable.... here's a super rad live performance on TV.
